Can you help me with 50s/60s Tiffany money clip?

To me, a layman, almost everything about this bamboo money clip says it’s a 50s/60s Tiffany: size, weight, quality of finishing. And then I see the haphazard, cockeyed company stamp and I have no idea what the piece is saying. If you speak 50s/60s Tiffany, I’d greatly appreciate your thoughts. Thanks
