Can you help inspect quality

Hi all,

I am currently shopping around for an engagement ring. I was offered 2 diamonds at a local jeweler. I was hoping someone experienced can help me assess the quality of the diamonds. Anything I should know about these two diamonds before I purchase?

1.1 F VS1 - Appears to me to be very symmetrical.





1.26 G VS1 - Symmetry slightly off but still good?! Also, F vs G shouldn´t make a huge difference?

2 very nice stones. You usually dont find such nicely cut stones (with all the images) at B&M stores. I usually prefer a smaller table but I would
probably go with the 1.26. The symmetry looks pretty good (the Vs at the bottom of the hearts are slightly off).

Your local jeweler is Jann Paul? Both look like beautifully cut stones, but of these two, I would pick the 1.26 G because I like 35/40.6 and I like that it doesn't have "additional clouds not shown" as the first one does. And I like that it is almost 7 mm.

I would also prefer the 1.26...great balance of specs IMO. G is my sweet spot for color and VS1 will certainly be eye clean and you get a visibly larger stone.

Thank you both for taking the time to give your opinion. Re the color, is there a noticeable difference between the F and G to the naked eye? This is the only thing that I worry about with the 1.26.
