The diamond I'm looking at:

Color: H
Clarity: VS2
Measurement: 5.84 x 5.60 x 3.57
Depth: 63.8%
Table: 73%
Girdle: THN to THK
Polish : VG
Symmetry : G

Price : $2650
Will this look good in a plat. lucida type setting?

P.S. Thanks guys for all the advice you have given me and have given others that I have lurked in on. It has made a very scarry and unfamilar big decision much easier!!!

Radiant is the best cut for showing the color in a diamond e.g. take a light colored yellowish stone, recut into radiant and wow it turned fancy yellow.
Also the worst in that shape for a colorless diamond.
Bad move.
Consider changing the cut to Queen of Hearts, Regent or other cut corner styles, maybe flanders etc.

So, any colorless or near colorless diamond does not look good in an radiant cut so stay away from raidiant cut all together or are you saying that if I decide on a radiant cut, H won't do it with platnum, better stick with D,E,F?
