Can We Help My Niece?

My niece is poor. Her dream ring is a 2ct oval with a halo band. I'm finding them for $1700. Can you guys help me find something closer to $1000? They have $700 right now but we're willing to chip in to get her up to $1000ish.

Over in the antique forum you guys found my ring in less than two week, so I know you guys can work miracles!!

If you can find a natural 1ct oval, unlikely, I wouldn't mind showing her.

Luvansh. I only buy natural diamonds now but have purchased loose diamonds from them in the past. I’ve made a return, sent an email they were responsive. I can not comment on their setting tho.

If you start by choosing a loose diamond and adding the setting it looks like it’s about exactly $1000. Free shipping. And they did not charge tax in my state.

I should add…. My recommendation is based on budget not quality. There are higher quality lab stones out there. But they are the cheapest I’ve found.

I recently bought a 1.2ct for a little over $200 and put it in a setting I already had. Another couple hundred for a new peg head and I was wearing my new ring for well under $500
If she might have a setting, or even find one pre-loved, this might be a good way to get the most bang for her buck
