can we afford Tiffany''s???

ok, i have always wanted a tiffanys ring so my bf and i went to the one in Dublin to have a look around. however, they only seemed to have their best diamonds on display ( a one carat round solitaire = 25000 euro.)

basically i want the tiffany setting 6prong platinum ring and a 1carat diamond. when i went on the uk website, they said that it cost from around 6900 uk pounds so to my horror seeing the same ring in the store for 25000euro made me think that the 6900 version must look terrible.

our buget is a MAX of 7000 uk pounds which i thought be very easy to find a 1carat nice diamond. however im dead set on tiffanys so im willing to skimp on carat...well to a degree!!

therefore, after researching the internet and decidind my minimum qualities for the 4Cs i am asking if it wud be possible to get this ring at tiffanys or am i wasting my time?

cut- basically i feel that i wont skimp on this therefore ideal
colour- D-I and nothing below I
clarity- IF- SI1 and nothing below SI1
cart- 0.7 OR above
Price MAXIMUM 7000 UK pounds which is 10500 US Dollars
setting the platinum 6prong solitaire one (simpliest!)

can i get this ring at Tiffanys??????????????????

In my opinion, Tiffany won''t sell you a terrible diamond, we have seen here that the cut qualities can vary a bit but overall their cuts, from what I have seen, are pretty sound.

I believe the lowest quality Tiffany sell are I colour and SI clarity, give your nearest store a call, tell them what you are looking for and see what they can do.
