Can this ring be resized???

Hi all!! Hoping some jewelry experts can weigh in on a resizing questions pls!

I’m considering buying this right at auction. It’s about 2 sizes too small for me though - would it be possible to resize it? I’ve heard that stones in the side can make resizing a ring larger difficult?
