just make sure it absolulty fits 100% as the old pinky is a bit exposed out there on the end of the hand
i wear another gold ring stacked with my pinky ring to keep it secure

They could possibly add a ball on either side of one of the smaller diamond stations, or a bar. You won't know until you ask a jeweler, though.

You are always so kind. Thank you. I called the shop and it cannot be sized. I love this ring so much and when my swelling goes down, at least I will have a chance to wear it. Pinky rings can be really pretty. I have never even thought of the idea before.
