Can these be resized?

I just won these on an eBay auction. They are size 7 and my ring finger is a size 8. I really hope these could be resized. Does anyone know? Thank you!

Sure, they can be sized.

Since it's only 1 size up, they might be able to be "stretched" after being heated. If not, a goldsmith could cut them at the bottom and add a piece of gold to make them larger. The pattern will be most likely be interrupted though.
