The diamond is very pretty, but I wanted to make sure it is a good stone before buying. We haven''t really talked price yet, what should I offer to pay? thanks

Lorelei, numbers are here http://66.134.214.118/oresults/SearchPage.php?st_num=76858501D

Weight 3.27 CT
Shape ROUND BRILLIANT
Color G
Clarity SI1
Measurements 9.76 x 9.68 x 5.7 mm
Depth 58.6%
Table 62%
Crown 12.2%
Pavilion 43.5%
Crown Angle 33°
Pavilion Angle 41.2°
Girdle THIN TO SL. THICK FACETED
Polish VERY GOOD
Symmetry VERY GOOD
Fluorescence N/A
Culet SMALL
Cut Grade IDEAL

58.6% depth, 62% table, 33° crown angle, 41.2° pavilion angle HCA = 3.1

Really a weird combination, so not sure what to think of it unless I can see an IS of it.

EDT:
Doing a pricescope of EGL 3.2-3.3c G SI1 stone, you will get price ranging from 29k-33k.

Thank you SC!

Ok, this looks to be like a bright and brilliant diamond, it is well cut but shallow with a large table which will add to the brilliance. It is a large diamond, if the price is right and you like it then I would make the sale final ( and get it in writing) on an independant appraiser checking the diamond out, preferably one skilled in cut evaluation to give you an expert opinion.

Ask if you can check it out away from the store lights in plain daylight to see how it will look in everyday wearing conditions, this will give you a better idea.

Here is a tool you can use to find an appraiser in your area.

You know I am wondering if the depth and table have been reversed when entered on the report, the reason I am wondering is also because the diameter seems to be entered with the largest figure first, it is usually the other way around, maybe the data was entered incorrectly - just a possibility. Might be worth checking, see if your jeweller has a Sarin machine that they could measure the diamond with.
