Can someone please tell me what this stuff is? It is all 18k and from South America.

I don't know anything about those pieces, but I can give you some pure speculation! The two medallions appear to be religious medallions in the Roman Catholic tradition. Most likely the figures on horseback are actually saints that are depicted as knights. Saint George and Saint Michael are usually depicted this way, but there are probably others.

As I indicated is pretty much pure speculation on my part – I hope you have found a more definitive answer by now!

I just realized that the second part of the script on the enlarged medallion reads "Nazareth" - so yes, definitely a religious medallion of some sort, if not a souvenir of the Holy Land.
