Well, it’s sterling silver (the 925) the Mr M would be the maker / manufacturer and the ALY I think was ITALY before the rest wore off.
I’d presume the stones are Cubic Zirconia, though a jeweller can easily test their thermal conductivity if you think they might be diamonds.
Very pretty, wear and enjoy.

The stones look like they might be clear and black rhinestones.
