Can sidestones be custom cut? Which companies, please?

Is it possible to have smaller diamonds "custom" cut and certified by GIA without going through a jeweler? None of the jewelers I have contacted are willing to look into diamond cutting. I am looking for pear sidestones that are in the .35 to.40 carat range, but I want them to fall within the 1A/1B classes of the the old AGA cut class chart for all parameters. (I realize that this option can be very expensive). Thank you in advance!
