Can Pictures be Posted on Rockytalky?

Can photos be posted on Rockytalky? I know they can be posted in other areas of the forum (and I have posted them there). I cannot post photographs here, though. Is that because one is unable to or am I the problem? (I and my computer skills, that is!!!)

of course they can as long as the files are less than 70KB and in "jpg" or "gif" format.

When (before) composing your post, click on "Attach File" button.
