can pave eternity be resized?

Does anyone know if it''s possible to size up a pave eternity ring from a 4 to an 8? thanks

I would say that isn''t possible; but ask a trusted jeweler what they think.

I wanna say not that much! maybe 1/2 a size by shaving the metal on the inside any more and the integrity of the setting is compromised.
