Can I wear white gold anniversary bands with yellow golds engagement ring

I have a 3/4 ct marq. ring in yellow gold with bag. on the sides. I want to put an anniversary band in front and back of the ring. Should i still with the yellow gold or is it acceptable to do the white gold? Has anyone out there mixed the golds??? All three rings have diamonds...

I think that would look great, especially since your plan is to put one on either side of the e-ring. I have seen several people here do something similar, mixing yellow and white with their bands, and it looks nice. Look at Show Me The Ring - E-ring folder. One that comes to my mind is LesleyH from Whiteflash. She has a yellow gold wide semi-bezel with 2 platinum bands I believe.
