Can I use a loupe to inspect diamonds already set?

I know the hearts would be impossible.. but the arrows?

Yes. I would clean the ring and then take it near a window and look there. You probably can see it without a loupe too or at least I can. Just sort of move your ring slowly to see if you catch some arrows. Your arrows might be really skinny, medium or fat.
