Can I trust this lab?

I found a nice gem that is certified through ‘GAL’ I’ve never heard of them before and couldn’t find much when trying to research. Anyone have experience with them?

^ Looks like an "appraiser" and not a "report." I had not heard of this lab and it's right here at home.

I saw that website its strange because they don’t appear to have any way to verify their ‘GAL’ reports from there, which look like this

But this report says nothing about being natural or synthetic, nor about any treatments of the stone. Completely useless to me. (Please know synthetic red spinel is very common, and is now being treated and oiled to improve the look of natural red spinel that is less attractive. This oiling is not stable.)
