Can I safely size this setting down 2.5 sizes?

Do you think I can safely size this setting down 2.5 sizes? I have a local benchperson who does awesome work at great prices.

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. I haven't been around much lately as life has gotten crazy busy.

I dont think you can without the pave on the shoulders popping off. Can it not be ordered freshly made in your size?
