Can I put better diamonds in an existing pave setting?

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a beautiful 2ctw pave diamond band with 37 diamonds in the setting. It really is breathtaking and from a distance it sparkles quite a bit, but when I look closely the diamonds probably arent the greatest quality. You can see little inclusions and they are a little cloudy. I had the idea that maybe someday when I have more money I could get better quality diamonds put in my setting, each diamond is probably .05ct. Would it be possible to replace all those diamonds or would that damage the delicate pave setting? I think the diamonds are bead set. I've attached a picture. Thanks for your help!

The labor would be crazy-expensive.
Probably cheaper to just buy a completely new ring with better-cut diamonds.
