Can I please get an opinion on this diamond?

Ok, I have read everything I can find about quality of diamonds and it''s still somewhat confusing. I would greatly appreciate comments on the following:

1.53 carats, VS1 H
Depth: 60.9
Table: 59
Girdle: medium to slightly thick
Culet: none
Flourescence: none
Polish: very good
Symmetry: excellent
Price: $10,000

I don''t have any other measurements as it was graded by GIA. Does this diamond look like a good purchase?
