Can he find a better diamond for the price?

Hi all, I'm helping a friend try to find a diamond/ring for his lady. He was looking at I do, now I don't and came across this:

I have tried to steer her in other directions, as I am not familiar with this I Do website and frankly, hesistant. But he knows she loves this Tacori setting, and was hoping to get a 2ct. stone.

The price seems fair, but the diamond perhaps not so much. It scores 4.1 on the HCA, so good only if price is his main concern.
