Can CVD diamonds have blue nuance?

Can a CVD diamond show blue nuance or is that only an HPHT issue?

As I understand it CVD stones are almost always type IIA, so they would not have blue nuance as that seems to be a symptom of type IIB diamonds?

In general no but you have to watch out for the grey ones and graining.
