Can anyone identify this cut?

Hi. Does anyone know if this type of cut has a name, or is it just something unique the artist did? It is cut amethyst on sterling silver.

Hi Melissa,

I think that''s one of the variations of the Lighthouse cut. If memory serves, the name is taken from the shape of the fresnel lenses used in lighthouses.
