Can anyone identify the designer?

I bought this engagement ring for my wife a year and a half ago and we both forgotten the designer, can anyone help?

Does it have a hallmark inside? What's it look like? A pic would be even better.

So when my wife got home from work I looked at the hallmark, or what is left of it... The 14k is visible then an "L" and the rest of the digits have rounded bottoms like "S" or "O" or "6"... So I guess I'm outta luck .... I don't think the store could help me, it was the only one they had and no matching band... Plus the sales ppl were pretty clueless... Thanks anyways!

ask the store to take the computer and reorder information from the sales reciept and find out who manufactured the piece.
