I checked it is 45 days with paypal. So I have a little bit of time. He is checking emails today as he wrote me and told me he is sending a refund and wanted to verify some information. Oooh shiney when is the last time you tried to contact him?

Oooops, I guess I didn't email him every day!
Think I will just email him right now and see what he says,

Well, anyway, I am sorry if this stirs up trouble for anyone.
It's not my intention.
But I lurked here a long time.
Before I ever bought a stone
I bookmarked many sites recommended by this PS family.
I have recently started a little collection, bought a stone here and there,
in the way of learning
and also to have some pretty things to set
and I have to admit, it is deeply satisfying!
I have purchased stones from 9 other vendors, and those
have all been very positive experiences.

Anyway, I am sorry cemrn, I was hoping for you to get your stone ,
not a refund.

Bob said he was having trouble finding my paypal account to refund it to. He would give me a money order. So I decided to open a dispute simply so that he would have a link to my paypal account to refund it to. Hopefully that will be helpful and he won't be upset. After reading another post about BK not coming through on an order, I kinda wonder if he is ok. It seems like all this confusion is not the norm for him.
Anyway shiney I am no longer upset about not getting the stone. I really just want to move on and put those funds towards another project.

Yes that is it!! He said he had a few other project to finish up. I am really excited. Sounds like we all are keeping him busy. Now just waiting for Gene to cut an amethyst for me. That will be it for a while. Time to spend the next bit of extra cash on the Disney cruise with the family. Then Christmas is lurking. Time for me to focus funds on the family. I am sure this ring from DanielM will keep me happy though
