I just... I''ve given up. Someday I''m going to find a setting I love as much as the Joe Escrobar Contender... except it will be perfect for my stone, because that one just wasn''t. the Vatche Legacy copy tempted me for a day... until I realized that I really only like the legacy with colored stones. I just... don''t know what I want anymore. Halo, no halo... engraving with milgrain or fluid beauty a la Mark Morrel. No clue.

Thank you MsS... I just feel sometimes like I''m a joke. All talk... no action. Wasn''t casting aspersions on anyone else, though.

You know... honestly if I had a one carat round... this wouldn''t even be an issue? Well... maybe it would... I''d have a hard time picking between a halo and a tiffany solitare adaption a la Lockes or MWM''s flame. I really would. AND between a thin pave band for the halo or a 3/4 heart prong eternity a la MWM.

well, I can tell you the new setting isn't a solitaire...

seriously, with all that I've had going on recently the setting search has just started gearing up again. i'm like so many of the other indecisives that just don't want to bore all the pricescopers..
