Hi there,
I am currently in the process of buying a shared prong wedding band to complement my six-prong knife-edge RB solitaire e-ring. For a reference point, you can see pics of my e-ring on my avatar and here.https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/my-wf-union-diamond-knife-edge-solitaire-e-ring.38035/
I called Signed Pieces and they told me their Raphael line of shared prong bands are set to prevent the stone girdles from eating into neighboring rings. This is my top concern when purchasing a wedding band, as I do not want my e-ring prongs to be compromised.
I am considering this ring from SP. http://www.signedpieces.com/item.cfm?item_id=1868
It has 11 5-pointers, according to my rough calculations.
Raphael owners, can you please chime in to verify or refute Signed Pieces statement that this type of setting won''t wear away my e-ring?
Thanks for your input!
