I don''t know how to read the cert so I am going to try and do this as best as possible

On the left side from top to bottom it gives a measurment of 34.8 and one of 40.5
On the right side from top to bottom it gives 15.2,says faceted, then 0.9 %to 3.3%
On the inside of the diamond on the chart it says 53 and then on bottom 78.
The bottom says pointed

On the right side from top to bottom it gives 15.5,says faceted, then 1.4 %to 3.8%
The bottom says pointed
There are two numbers inside the diamond on the chart From top it says 54 and at the bottom it says 76

They place said that they can''t give me the price right now because they haven''t purchased them yet but can tell me its around 20,000.00 to 23,000.00

Are these okay and if not why?
Also if they are okay which one is better??

34.8 and one of 40.5
40.5 is a hair shallow with a 34,8 crown there may or may not be contrast issues, it would be something to have checked.

comment solely on the pricing you were given - both of those diamonds are listed on PS.
do a search at the top from 1.7-1.9, h vs1 and limit it to AGS only. Those diamonds are the only ones that come up.

You will see one is available for $15901 and the other for $17218.

$20-23 sounds like a lot of extra markup at the place you are dealing with...

WOW!!! Thanks so much for that information. I didn''t even realize that. Online is definetly the way to go if I am going to end up with $5000.00 or more in my pocket. I have been scared to purchase online, but heck if it is the same diamond, WHY NOT???
