CAD and model help

[Honeybasil]

Just looking for opinions on this CAD and plastic model before I tell him to make the ring. He also made me a 4 prong style, but I think I like this one the best. My only concern is that I won’t see enough of the diamond from the side? But I know a 6 prong design covers the side more anyway. Just looking for opinions - I’ve never done this before, so I don’t want to make a mistake. Thanks.

Yes, you will see a little less of the diamond, however I do love the very round look of 6 prongs for a solitaire. And the side view is so, so pretty. I vote for 6!

You might want to show DK the other ring - I see some slight differences in the design and it does seem to show more of the stone inside the little ‘diamond shapes’ compared to your CAD.
