Sarah, when you say ''Late night meals'' are you talking about staying up late working/studying? Or going out and coming back late? For the ''industrious'' late nights, I''d say you should have dinner at a normal/earlier time and then pre-make snacks so you can munch a little while you''re doing work. Something like hummus & carrots or apples & cheese or something.
For the ''social'' late nights, if you''re coming back that late, I usually like the unhealthy take out so I''d probably go that route anyway.
Yes, let''s get back on the workout wagon together!!! It''s 55F in Chicago today.But I''m going down to FL to do wedding planning stuff. Hopefully I can run a bit down there.![]()
