buying loose diamond

Two questions: do you know where i can buy a loose diamond from a reputable dealer here in canada? Anybody know of a great deal on a diamond vs1-2, F-G, @.80-90,
"ideal/perfect/ the best cut"? It's hard to find a good deal but i guess you get what you pay for?
