BScope....variations REALLY visible...?

I know we all love that BScope...I''m just wondering...I think this was posted before but I can''t find it...

Is there really THAT much of a difference between say a stone that scores (ex, on white light return) the highest "medium" verses a middle "high"....etc....

I guess my question is...are those slight variations on the BScope really that apparent to the naked eye? I swear, someone just asked this...the link would be great too!
