I just want to share my negative experience with Freddy Diamonds in case anyone was interested in purchasing from him.
He has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life, that I am now resorting to sharing this horrific experience online.
First off, if you ever email their general email address, I think the owner Freddy responds and his replies are very unprofessional, filled with slang, grammar and spelling mistakes. It made me question if the site was legitimate since I felt like I was speaking to an 8 year old.
Despite the lack of professionalism, what's worst is his attitude. When I had questions that required further explanation, he just replied as if it was my fault for not reading the FAQs. I asked if there were any price flexibility, and he said "sure if you buy today", and I advised that I was ready to purchase if the price was right and he suggested I call before 5 PM. Since I work from 9-5, I suggested calling him in the evening but he did not confirm, and I wasn't sure I should call since he did not confirm, and I didn't know if he would still pick calls in the evening. The next day, he emailed and accused me for not calling and that I was dishonest, and he only deals with honest buyers, and told me good luck with other sellers. I apologized for the confusion since I wasn't aware I was still supposed to call since he never confirmed. He then replies sarcastically where every other word/sentence was "Yes call, please call, absolutely call, please for sure call, me want call, yes call". I replied sarcastically as well and thanked him for his professional response and advised him that I will share my experience with others. He then quickly replied and said "sorry, phone was choppy".
I will never purchase from him again. Purchasing wedding ring should be a positive experience, a seller should not make any buyer feel guilty or not worthwhile.
