Brown diamond pricing?

Hi everyone! I''m interested in a pave brown diamond ring, but have no idea how pricing should be for brown diamonds. Any advice/guides on pricing?

Brown diamonds are among the least costly of all "gem quality" diamonds.
They should be a lot less than colorless diamonds.

Browns should be a lot less than colors like Fancy Intense Yellow as well.

In most cases the labor for the setting in a pave piece is going to be more important than the cost of the diamonds themselves with brown diamonds (often with white diamonds too). Talk to your chosen setter about sourcing the diamonds for this sort of work. It might benefit you to go with a 'package' deal.

Pavé with brown diamonds sounds yummy. Definitely, the diamonds will be less costly than colorless or fancy diamond colors. Take care that your setter is experienced with pavé. I hope we get to see your finished piece!
