Does anybody have some details or close pictures of Brooke Burke eternity band, I love it, and would like something very similar made.

I googled it and came up with two reasonably clear images. It looks like a very simple band of round brilliants each set with four prongs. Unless you mean the little one which looks like a standard fishtail pave band.

I think what you are seeing is the presence of small holes on the interior of the ring to allow for easier cleaning.
