DH said over cocktails one day last week "i want to upgrade your ring" of course i wanted to scream "let''s do it"
I have had my e-ring for about 4 years now. I do love it! but of course i would love an upgrade.

How do i keep it fresh in DH''s mind without being a "brat"?
How long do you think i will have to wait?

P.S. i have been sharing PS with him *wink wink
p.p.s. we have been together for almost 14 years (married for 1yr,3months)
p.p.p.s. he has bought me a lot of new pieces in the past 3-4 years. (diamond stud earrings, tennis bracelet, movado watch, upgraded solitaire necklace,right hand ring, and my wish list has been growing)

anyone feel me on this?

You could keep it fresh in his mind by showing him pics and ideas of what you would like for an upgrade.

If he was the one who said he wanted the upgrade, I would say just wait long enough to find something you really love.

I upgraded and I miss my first engagement ring so much. I never knew I was sentimental about it till it was gone, but I know lots of people upgrade with no regrets.

What type of upgrade are you thinking about?

we just want to upgrade my .91 ct center stone to a much larger 2+ ct. I love my e-ring setting and custom wedding band. I am not knowledgeable enough to know whether my setting will hold a larger center diamond or not.

I think it looks beautiful as is! No need to upgrade it, just add another ring to your collection

It depends on what kind of head you have on your ring, integrated or peg. Do you have a side profile picture?
