Brilliance on this diamond?

I don't know much about diamonds. Can someone take a look at this diamond and tell me if the brilliance will be excellent? The cutting plant didn't confirm if it was Hearts & Arrows or not. In the video I see some arrows, but it doesn't look completely semetrical. Does H&A matter THAT much when it comes to brilliance? The HCA score was 0.9 which is amazing! Please give me your thoughts! Thank you for your time in advance!

One more question, if it does have arrows, does that mean it is symmetrica ? It does have hearts to? Or can it have one and not the other?
