Hi!!! I'm new to these boards. I recently chipped the diamond in my engagement ring and need to find a replacement. My insurance has been easy to work with and now I need to find a new stone. I've read alot about JamesAllen and BlueNile from other sites such as truthaboutdiamonds.com. This site has introduced me to ERD, WF and GOG. Does anyone know anything about Brilliance.com?

I haven't actually placed an order through them, but I have viewed their website, and made contact with them several times when do my diamond search. They seem to be a par with most online vendors, however when I touched base with them I felt the their customer service was lacking. It took days to get a return email, they couldn't get pics of the diamonds for me, or IS or ASET images. It was pretty much what you see is what you get and I wasn't comfortable ordering a diamond based on the report #'s.

I've met Ira at TAD, he's a great guy, and really seems to know his stuff!
