Brangelina Rings A ring for a cause

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are getting into fashion design and has started their own jewelry line. These are just some of the rings from the collection. Hollywood’s Power Couple is partnering with the high-end brand Aspey which will be carrying Brangelina’s line.

The jewelry design will prominently display pieces with snakes and serpents on them which Angelina Jolie believes bring their family good luck, it has become sort of a family talisman. Angelina believes the serpent protects her, her partner and their children.

Proceeds to the sale of this ring will go to one of Jolie-Pitt’s causes, the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict.

ok, if i were jennifer aniston i''d be rolling over in my divorce grave - the e-ring brad gave her was a snake coiled up to hold the round brilliant. angie, you''re jewelry and symbolism is only derivitive now at this point. uch, i quite dislike angelina jolie. and btw, those look like nasty costume jewlry junk.

I like Victorian snakey things (Queen Victoria had a snake ring as her wedding ring, they were considered a symbol of eternal love) but these are... cheesy and sad. Poor sad snakes! They look like a line of bad costume jewelry.

I suppose we can be thankful Angelina isn't hawking little vials of blood, eh? That'd be popular! (Yeah, she's a bit out there even for me. The vial of Billybob blood was... a bit squicky. Or really squicky. Can't say I've ever wanted to wear any of my husband's bodily fluids as jewelry no matter how much I love him!)

Lol! So true!

I love some of the vintage serpent rings I have seen. But these designs are not pretty at all IMHO.

I like 'em... I know, I'm a weirdo! I wonder if they are bulky or delicate - a bit hard to tell...they'd look better if they are actually a delicate ring rather than heavy like they appear in that close up shot.

I like snakes, they are really amazing creatures that play a very important role in our ecosystems!
