"Bow" enhancer/wrap

I need some help locating "Bow" enhancer/wrap for a solitaire... I didn''t really give enhancers a second thought until my fiance mentioned that she saw a lady wearing a cute "bow" enhancer that she would enjoy...except that she didn''t get any information on where this lady had gotten the enhancer, so now the search is on! I was just wondering if anybody knew of anything that sounds similar to this. She drew me a picture and it basically gives the solitaire sort of a bow-tie look to it, where the sides flare out in little loops on either side of the center diamond.

I know I couldn''t have been any more confusing with my description, but I''m trying to work with what I didn''t get to see on my own.
