bought "vintage ring" need help determining value/ if real

Hello I need help with determining if this ring is indeed real or not. We only have one jewler within an hour and half radius. I have not visited them yet to see what they say. First step i thought would be to go on here ** no paperwork to go along with it** third pix looks like there is some "spots" in it doesn't it?!

Size: 5

Gems: Estimated 1ct Round White Sapphire (Tests as Genuine Sapphire on tester), White Sapphire accents (not tested)

METAL: Approx 2.5 Grams of Solid Pure, Stamped 925 Sterling silver.

Please note that this White Sapphire does test as Genuine White Sapphire on our Presidium gem tester (As seen in the pictures above). However, we are not jewelers/gemologists so we cannot be 100% certain of this fact. with this knowledge so there are no misunderstandings**

Beautiful ring! Earth mined, good quality white sapphire is rare and I would expect to see it set in gold or platinum. However, that does not diminish the beauty of your ring.
