This is my second dive into lab diamonds and I've been looking loosely for a pink diamond for a bit. Today I came upon what I thought was a pretty one on Ritani and I remembered I had a discount code in my email from them for lab diamonds so why not?

It is not a large stone but scored favorably on the HCA it will be set in a knife edge white gold setting. Not sure how long the listing will be up:

Finding a good pink is not as hard as it was but still a challenge, I didn't want anything super bright so I thought the light shade of this one would be perfect. Fingers crossed!

That is so sweet of you to say! Sadly, my stone is out there in limbo :( I sent it to David Klass and it’s been lost during shipment! I’m hoping to hear good news soon but I’m not getting my hopes up. I’m so excited for you, though! I can’t wait to see the finished ring in all her splendid glory <3

Oh what a pretty shade! Love the soft pink color! Looking forward to your pics! What will you do with it? You’ll need a ring so as to enjoy it to its fullest.

@Mreader, yes I wanted a light pink not anything too bright and attention-grabbing plus the cut on this one is really good so I can't wait to see it in person.

@oncrutchesrightnow thanks for the good wishes, you know once I tear the box open I will be sharing ALL the pictures :lol:

@Slickk, yes I love the pale pink shades so this one looked like a good one. For now I’m having Ritani set it into a six-prong white gold solitaire setting just so I can wear it because patience is not my strength :twisted2:
 
Received an email last night that Ritani secured the diamond and its being shipped to them! Have to admit I was nervous it wouldn't be available so….yay!
 
Alright so she is here and she is the softest baby pink, for me the perfect color BUT really difficult to capture in pictures because my IPhone keeps color correcting and washing the color out. Ugh so annoying.

Sorry for the blurry hand pic with all three rings but I just wanted to show a perspective shot. This ring is very sparkly and these pictures just don’t do it any justice at all. Most important for me was getting the right color, I absolutely did not want orange or too peach and this seems to be challenging with pinks but they are getting better.

I see it and it’s the softest baby pink! How romantic!!! I would even describe it as a soft blush which I think is perfect for a pink diamond!!! You did SO good :)

Just lovely! When I pursued my pink LGD, I wanted that softer pink too! Didn't want the bubble gum/fancy vivid deep pink. The seller almost talked me into one that was almost red looking. Things worked out in the end as I love my pink LGD ring! I can't wait to see what final setting you will end up with! .....oops, I didn't mean to make this about me but let's just say, I was frustrated with the process and I am thrilled that you got such a lovely diamond!!

@cushioncutnut, it really is so hard to find a good not salmon pink diamond. No idea on a permanent setting but I was playing around and thought ohhhh maybe a toi et moi

Mmmm absolutely beautiful!

I am glad the LGD colors are getting better and hope more people start buying them.

Thank you for thinking of me! Sadly my diamond is still out there in the unknown :/ If it’s meant to be, it will show up! Maybe the universe was trying to tell me something? Stop spending money lol!
