Boris the Octopus

Was at a toy store today when I saw this octopus and immediately wondered how he will look with rings.

Something like this...


And then a few minutes later (after I wore back my ring) my husband came along and said “the octopus can wear 8 rings at once“. And then offered to buy me the toy so of course the octopus came home with me and...

Obviously I had to take a pic of it with 8 rings right?

Which kind of set me off thinking about my 5 prettiest CS rings...

And I think these for now...



Left to right:
Upper row: peruvian blue opal, icy jadeite, indicolite tourmaline
Lower row: ruby, Mexican water opal (which looks rather meh in daylight)

Glad you enjoyed it! I was a bit worried it’s like a silly thread. But if Mr Icyjade also thought of him wearing 8 rings then it’s not too zany right? I did send Mr IJ the pics of Boris with and w/o rings and he thought Boris looked far better with the rings lol.
