BN has not shipped my ring in 4 days

@farrahlyn and @sledge and to the everybody else who helped out I want to say thank you all. The update is that WF was able to help me out and they have just sent pictures of the finished product. I’m very happy with the level of customer service they provided me. It’s refreshing to know that there are still companies out there who give a about their customers and are willing to accommodate us. Anyway, without further ado.... Here It Is!

Good afternoon Pricescope. I’d like to update everyone on my proposal. Everything went as planned and when I presented my girlfriend with the ring she said yes! After we took couples pictures (which she got to wear the ring for) we went to a vineyard and got to blend our own mix of red wine and take a bottle home.

After 3 weeks we sent the ring back for resizing from a 7 to a 6.75 and while it was back on the bench we had them custom make the ring with a 3/4 eternity side stone style.

We also purchased her wedding band at this time and decided to have it bonded with her eRing so as to save us having to send it back. She doesn’t ever want to go without her diamond again. The wedding band also had to be custom made for 3/4 eternity because my fiancé likes to see the side stones even when the ring moves on her finger.

Whiteflash was a dream to work with throughout the customizations and I’m grateful to this community for pointing me in their direction. They have just finished up the work today and have sent pictures of the final product.
