BN Diamond original cert missing, re-ordered. Mismatch?!?

Hi,

A couple of days ago i posted about BN informing me that my diamond its original certificate was missing. The vendor had to send out for a duplicate certificate. They send it to me.

HOWEVER, the certificates do not match up. the data is the same but the image of the diamond has different intrusions.

For 4750 dollars, should i still go through with this?

Attached is AGLS which was the original cert. The other one is the new "duplicate", which is not a duplicate...

could u guys check plz? THANKS

Not to rush,

but could anyone give me advice on the new certificate regarding the dark spot on the image?

I am looking to pay for the diamond today.

hold off, please don't rush. Princess cuts are hard to discern based on numbers alone. Do you have any ASET images or even the actual facet pattern on the PC?

I was adviced to buy this diamond by someone on the forums and I think it is still a good buy. I am just wondering why the image in the duplicate is different from the one I saw originally...

do you mean the clarity plots? sometimes the scanner does not pick up

Yea,

the clarity image.

Its just that in the new duplicate there is a very dark spotshowing up on the side. That spot was absolutely not there in the original.

could be a speck on the scanner, honestly you have a VS2 diamond I doubt that it can be seen by the naked eye, Also they have a good return policy.. Unless you have the ACTUAL document in hand to see the clarity plots some are not even shown on your attachment.
