Hey guys I just got back my zircon ring from NYC and wanted to share!!
About a month and half ago a bought a loose 0.75 c blue zircon, which I wanted to set into a right hand ring for occasional wear. I knew it was a stone that couldn't be worn everyday and can abrade easily, so I was search for a protective setting, possibly a bezel.
I saw a few other rings on here from Caroline and decided to go with her. She was FANTASTIC. I sent the stone to her, was delivered on a thursday, and she had the completed ring back to me on that MONDAY! All this with a broken collarbone (she just informed me!) Amazing. The ring is a sterling band with a 14k yellow gold bezel. It is a very weighty ring and the quality and polishing is perfect! All for $120. I can't really ask for anything more!
I did lose a little of the light perfomance with the stone setting it in a closed bezel, but I felt it was safer than prong set for this stone.
