Blue sapphire with white flashes

Hi all,

I am selecting a blue sapphire. My lovely jeweller has sent me this one. Any thoughts on the inclusions and white flashes? Have attached stills from a video.

Hello and welcome! I can't tell much about inclusions from these photos. The "white flashes" just appear to be light reflecting off the pavilion facets through the crown (a good thing) and some glare. I do see a couple of goodies on the table, but that could just be a little schmutz?
