Blinging in the Holidays - 7.3 tcw diamond necklace

My husband totally surprised me with an amazing diamond necklace from IDJ. It's usually hard for him purchase anything for me without me finding out in advance. But he managed to do it this time. He knew there was a jeweler in NYC I shop from, and he found a receipt with the name and address. He called Yekutiel, and he and his father Israel took care of everything. The stones are Pricescope quality: 7.3 tcw, F/G, SI1. The brilliance of the stones are blinding - Israel picked the stones and made the necklace in a little over a week. may I ask, where does one wear such a fabulous piece of jewelry? Do you wear it with other jewelry? the reason I ask is because, I want a necklace, but I am not sure if I just want a diamond/ sapphire pendant or a diamond necklace.
