That''s cute! I think my babies would have loved to chew pave! They always wanted to rub their gums across anything rough.

Ooooh, and such a cute shower gift!!! I''m definitely keeping that in mind for the next one I attend.

I think it''s awful. The one time mom decides to wear something nice, baby will grab it and rip it right off! I''m a firm believer in the little word "pretty." My son knows if it''s "pretty", he''s not supposed to play with it.

He takes his "pretty" toys (bright colored cars mostly) and sets them amongst my collectibles.

Yeah, I agree. Plus, babies have tight little grips and strong little hands, and I can only imagine that sweet chubby baby shown in that picture yanking on that cord and causing quite a bit of discomfort for the mom.

I agree. I wouldn''t want my baby getting used to grabbing my necklaces.

I like the bangle since it''s not going to be too harmful to mom if baby gets used to yanking on her wrist for a teether...although I guess if the child got used to doing that, mom''s watch or bracelets would be in trouble. At least there''s no risk of baby strangling mom, though, LOL! Cute concept, another one I wish I would''ve thought up and made a million on!

Personally I think it''s a bad idea to get your baby chewing on thing YOU are wearing, and also I like my diamond jewlery, thank you very much... just being a mom doesn''t mean you give up style!

Plus if the baby will be teething, maybe a nice silver Tiffany baby rattle, although I sort of love the Hermes rocking horse rattle. My friend got a rattle from HBC (a German maker) that is made from hematite and has the prettiest chime sound!

However, based on the fact that it was jewlery I figured I would post it for it''s "uniqueness"... It''s kitschy.
