pretty simple: looking for the best and cheapest 2 carat stone I can find. can spend $8,000 or maybe 9. do I have to go with GIA or can I find a supposedly very good quality EGL that compares in quality but for much less $$$. I am looking at some good sounding EGL's for so much less than GIA's but is there something more I need to know besides the old "it's not gonna be as good as the rating claims it is"? and is buying on eBay really that risky if they offer a 100% refund and eBay backs all purchases 100%? shed some light for me if you guys can , thanks a lot .
